The customer has verified that the course(s) meet his needs and that he has the software allowing him to open and read the file format associated with the courses. The formations.philippecampos.com platform does not guarantee the suitability of the courses to the needs of the customer who is solely responsible for the choices made at the time of their order as well as the assimilation by the customer of the courses which depend in particular on attendance and seriousness of the client to fully understand and use the concepts learned in the courses. The exercises have an educational aim of research and personal improvement which in no way involves reciprocity on the part of PHILIPPE CAMPOS FORMATIONS. Depending on the training, it is specified whether a certificate is issued to the Client. The procedures for obtaining this certificate are specified on the site where applicable. 

For participants who finalize their training, a nominative training certificate (first name + last name) is issued by PHILIPPE CAMPOS FORMATIONS. PHILIPPE CAMPOS FORMATIONS is a registered training organization [Declaration of activity registered under number 11756253275 with the regional prefect of Ile-de-France]. PHILIPPE CAMPOS FORMATIONS will provide this certificate in digital form.

5. Price

The prices relating to the order are indicated on the online sales area dedicated to this purpose. The prices displayed on the PHILIPPE CAMPOS FORMATIONS website are inclusive of VAT. Any change in the applicable VAT rate will be automatically reflected in the prices of the products in the sales area. When the customer's order is confirmed by email, the total amount of the order (price including VAT) will be indicated. PHILIPPE CAMPOS FORMATIONS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. 6. Creating an account and password

8. Payment

Payment can be made online via Paypal or credit card. The card is debited at the time of ordering. For any remote payment, no banking information concerning the customer is transmitted via the formations.philippecampos.com platform. The customer's order is recorded and validated upon acceptance of payment by the banking services of our partner banks. In the event of failure to pay the price, the sale will be canceled immediately and no access to the training will be possible. Where applicable, PHILIPPE CAMPOS FORMATIONS is entitled to claim late payment interest calculated on the basis of the legal rate in force increased by three points applicable from the payment due date. A fixed compensation of 40 euros for any sale to a professional may be increased to the amount to be recovered. The courses made available to the customer remain the property of afival.academy under copyright law. They cannot therefore be copied, transmitted or distributed. They are therefore only made available to the participant for their sole and exclusive personal use.

9. Warranty

PHILIPPE CAMPOS FORMATIONS is required to respect the legal guarantee for hidden defects, within the meaning of article 1641 of the Civil Code which provides: “the seller is bound by the guarantee for hidden defects in the item which make it unfit for use. use for which it is intended, or which diminish this use so much that the buyer would not have acquired it, or would have only given a lower price, if he had known about them. In all cases afival.academy cannot be held responsible for the misuse of the courses by the client, but also for non-compliance with the regulatory and legislative provisions in force in the receiving country. In the event of non-compliance or defect in the course(s) made available, the customer must inform PHILIPPE CAMPOS FORMATIONS customer service by e-mail, at the address indicated at the top of this document, by stating unequivocally the reason for refusal. PHILIPPE CAMPOS FORMATIONS then undertakes to exchange it or reimburse it to the customer.

10. Existence of a conventional right of withdrawal

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, PHILIPPE CAMPOS FORMATIONS is not bound by the existence of the 14-day right of withdrawal provided for by article L.121.20 of the Consumer Code as soon as it confirms and executes the order in making the first course (digital works) available on the customer's personal space.

11. Protection of personal data

12. Intellectual Property

These general conditions do not entail any transfer of any kind of intellectual property rights for the benefit of the customer. We grant a right of access to the site on a non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable basis and for use which complies with the conditions defined herein. The training courses are reserved for natural or legal persons for exclusively personal and nominative use. Training organizations or collective organizations are excluded from the license. We only grant the client the right to use said courses for personal learning. Any other use constitutes counterfeiting and is punishable under Intellectual Property law. 13. Liability

14. Completeness
